With the dramatic changes brought about by the technological advances affecting training along with demands of producing high-quality training quickly, some have suggested the analysis, design, develop, implement, evaluate (ADDIE) model of instructional development is no longer adequate.This article explores some of the process control and leadership techniques that might better equip training managers to succeed in their responsibilities.
