Worldviews of Adult Learning in the Workplace Through a Mormonism Lens

The problem and the solution. With membership exceeding 12 million individuals in 170 countries, it is increasingly likely that Mormons will be found in the workplaces of organizations around the world. This article provides a brief overview of key concepts of Mormonism as they relate to adult learning in the workplace. It also explores several implications of these concepts for human resource development (HRD) practice and theory.
