Three Metaphors for the Lives and Work of HRD ConsultantsThe problem and the solution. Can metaphors be used to better understand how consultants think,what skills and knowledge they use,and why they structure their work and daily activities in a certain fashion? Can those metaphors guide the education and development of HRD consultants and future research?
