Ann K. Brooks

Texas State University at San Marcos, abrooks{at}txstate.edu

Kathleen Edwards

Management Dept. at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin

The problem and the solution. The national climate is currently one in which many religious and political entities actively oppose sexual and gender identity minorities. Key Words: LGBT • allies • workplace discrimination • sexual minorities • gender identity minorities • HRD
