Applying Organization Development Tools in Scenario Planning

Scenario planning, as an ongoing process for helping leaders in an organization to think more expansively and flexibly, is a complex process requiring trained professionals as facilitators.What approaches do such facilitators use to maximize the benefits of scenario planning? In this article,the authors posit that organization development, with its multitude of interventions, is essential for use in the process. Interventions to be used in each of the three phases of scenario planning are described briefly.
